Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another with tracking information once it ships.

During high-volume periods, processing may take longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Flat rate or calculated at checkout.

Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days): Available at additional cost.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or holidays.
Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States.

International shipping is limited and may be restricted based on product type (certain powders/supplements cannot legally ship outside the U.S.). If international shipping becomes available, duties/taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or states/regions where restricted products are prohibited.
Order Issues & Damaged Packages

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If items arrive damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact us at rootsandrituals2025@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt. Include your order number and photos if possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Roots & Rituals is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been confirmed delivered by the carrier. We will, however, assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Returns Related to Shipping
We do not accept returns due to shipping delays outside our control. Please see our Return Policy (separate page) for details on returns or refunds.
