Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Roots & Rituals. We stand behind the quality of our supplements and self-care products. Because of the nature of our goods, we have to set clear guidelines on returns and refunds.

All Sales Are Final (for Opened Products)
  • For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for opened or used supplements, powders, or personal care products.

  • This ensures all customers receive products that are fresh, safe, and uncompromised.

Returns on Unopened Items
  • Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • You must contact us at rootsandrituals2025@gmail.com before sending a return.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (see Section 3).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Please include your order number and photos of the product/packaging.

  • We will replace the product or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Refunds
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned product.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong item or the product arrived damaged.

Non-Returnable Items
  • We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened or partially used supplements or powders.

  • Personal care products that have been opened or used (lotions, scrubs, balms, etc.).

  • Gift cards, promotional items, or discounted “final sale” items.

Exchanges
  • We do not offer product-for-product exchanges. If eligible, you may return unopened items for a refund and place a new order.
